FocusingFUN
Our FocusingFUN Workshop Series and Applied Training Programs offer you the opportunity to learn and deepen your focusing and listening skills in any area of your life. Sessions are adapted to meet the needs of the individual and group.
Introductory classes, workshops, on-going practice groups and training programs are available for educators, parents and other interested adults. Family and individual coaching sessions are also available in person and over the phone.
Training in Focusing Partnership and partnership practice are included as a way to enhance your study and listening practice.
Certificates of Completion are available along the way.
Focusing Training Certification is available for those who complete Focusing Training Programs and aspire to be Focusing Trainers.
Participants will have an opportunity to learn how to:
- Enhance listening and communication skills with yourself
and others - Discover how to access new action steps and fresh solutions in any situation including creative and work projects
- Find new ways to navigate challenging situations at home, school, work and with friends more effectively
- Deepen and enrich your connection with yourself, children, family, friends, students and colleagues
- Learn how to foster respect and empathy in and out the classroom
- Become fluent in the focusing process
